Founding Account Executive (Head of Sales)

As Agorastone’s first revenue hire, you’ll own the sales motion from outreach to close. You’ll work closely with the founding team to shape our go-to-market strategy and create repeatable processes for acquiring and retaining enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage with target accounts in retail, QSR, and multi-location real estate
  • Lead discovery, demos, proposal delivery, and negotiation
  • Collaborate on messaging, pitch decks, and value positioning
  • Build and refine sales playbooks, pipeline tools, and reporting
  • Represent customer feedback to influence product and pricing

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to legal, real estate, or finance teams
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and hit revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Startup sales experience preferred (you’ll be building from scratch!)
