We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to own our natural language processing pipeline. You'll build the brains of our platform—extracting critical lease data and helping us deliver unmatched legal intelligence at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize NLP models for document classification, entity extraction, and clause detection
• Collaborate with legal experts to label and structure training data
• Deploy and monitor AI models in production
• Continuously improve accuracy, performance, and interpretability
• Work cross-functionally to ensure AI output powers user-facing features

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in NLP or ML, ideally with legal or document-focused models
• Experience with Python, spaCy, Hugging Face, or similar libraries
• Strong understanding of model evaluation and deployment
• Passion for building mission-critical AI that delivers real business value
