As Agorastone’s first Customer Success hire, you'll onboard customers, ensure adoption, and deliver measurable value at every step. You’ll build playbooks, provide hands-on support, and make sure our customers are successful and engaged.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers
- Develop support documentation and customer training resources
- Monitor account health and proactively manage retention and renewals
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally
- Build systems to scale support and success as we grow
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in customer success or implementation at a SaaS company
- Experience working with enterprise accounts and complex onboarding
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for delivering real value to customers and building long-term relationships
