Head of Customer Success

As Agorastone’s first Customer Success hire, you'll onboard customers, ensure adoption, and deliver measurable value at every step. You’ll build playbooks, provide hands-on support, and make sure our customers are successful and engaged.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers
  • Develop support documentation and customer training resources
  • Monitor account health and proactively manage retention and renewals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally
  • Build systems to scale support and success as we grow

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years in customer success or implementation at a SaaS company
  • Experience working with enterprise accounts and complex onboarding
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering real value to customers and building long-term relationships
